Without these the platform does not work. They cannot be disabled. They include session and authentication cookies (keep you signed in, protect against CSRF) and interface preference cookies (theme, language, active condominium).

Performance and product

Aggregate usage data so we can identify problems and improve features. We do not use these for advertising profiling.

Third party

We do not use advertising network cookies anywhere on the platform or on the marketing site. We do not embed Meta Pixel, Google Ads, Google Analytics or any third-party analytics tool.

How to manage

We process usage data under legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7 IX). You can object at any time using the control below, and collection stops from that point on. You can also block or delete cookies via your browser settings, but blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.
